By using the information and services (“Services”) on our Apps, users of the Services (“You”) are agreeing to all of the following terms.

1. Financial Disclaimer

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Finradar App, its AI-generated insights, and its technical analysis tools are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer.

Trading stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any resulting financial losses. Finradar makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or profitability of any information provided. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Finradar or its operators be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

3. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

While we strive for accuracy, market data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the timeliness or reliability of the data. You agree that we are not liable for errors in market data or AI predictions.

Subscription

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or BESHIFT cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting BESHIFT customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide BESHIFT with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, BESHIFT will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

BESHIFT, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

BESHIFT will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by BESHIFT on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of BESHIFT.

General Conditions

  • Policy Adherence: You must follow any policies made available to You within the Services and You may use the Services only as permitted by law.
  • Service Suspension: BESHIFT may suspend or stop providing Services to You if You do not comply with terms or policies.
  • Intellectual Property: Using the Services does not give You any ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services, or the content You access.
  • Linking and Distribution: You may link to any content on BESHIFT. You are allowed to reprint, republish or distribute content. By doing so, you must keep our logo or link to BESHIFT.
  • Financial Risk: Cryptocurrencies and stock market trading involve considerable financial risk. BESHIFT makes no endorsement of your trading and does not intend to influence You to trade or change their trading strategy.
  • Service Availability:BESHIFT provides all the services “as is”, and will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data and financial losses.
